Remedial Massage

Remedial Massage is all about helping to put right the things that have gone wrong. Using massage to ease the pain, reduce stiffness, increase flexibility and get you back to normal.

Injuries can be the result of sudden trauma or a long-term problem that has been building for some time. And they can be the result of a whole range of activities whether it's sport, gardening, playing with the children or just life. I treat a lot of people who are suffering from a combination of long hours at the PC and stress.

Once the initial problem has been resolved a routine massage will keep it away and nip any other problems in the bud. A regular massage is usually recommended every few weeks but the frequency depends on circumstances. Typically around every 6-8 weeks seems best.
